How can I return my purchase?
For orders within Hong Kong, we are happy to provide an easy returns process. Email us and we'll send you a return label. A flat rate of $150.00 HKD will be deducted from your returns as a processing fee.
All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges on your original order are not refundable, and all refunds will be processed to original form of payment.
Regrettably we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased in our partnered retail stores or elsewhere.
