Grown at an altitude of 1,250 meters above sea level in Northern Thailand, the high altitude and ideal soil conditions, mist or clouds provide the ideal humidity, cool tropical weather, grow wildly in harmony with different native plants and under shade in a forest friendly environment, make the coffee grow slowly but assure larger beans, stronger natural flavor and low caffeine.  This light roasted coffee has more fruity flavors.  In case you are not fans of sour taste, please choose medium roasted and espresso roasted which is more nutty taste.
