The tea wildly grown in Pumuen mountain is assamica tea. Similarly, the high altitude and ideal soil conditions, humidity, cool tropical weather, grow wildly in harmony with different native plants under forest friendly environment, make the tea grow slowly but with stronger natural flavor.
Fresh leaves are plucked from early spring to late fall by locals of Lahu-tribes and processed using a traditional tea making method to produce a strong bring tea.
